Actress Chidinma Anyah believes the importance of sex in at least every relationship is overrated as she has said she can abstain from sex for a whole year.
In her view, the foundation of a good relationship should centre on something more other than just sex because the act does not guarantee commitment and a long-lasting union between a couple.
In a chat with Potpourri, Chidinma said “Sex can ruin a relationship. To me, the foundation of any good relationship shouldn’t be built on sex or maybe I should speak for myself because I don’t really like sex.
“Sex is not something that just comes to my mind. I can as well stay a whole year without sex,” the budding actress added.
As someone who appears to have a diversional opinion about sex, Chidinma also asserts that being sexy is a symbol of confidence, and the ability to own it attracts the opposite sex.
“Sexy comes with an attitude of confidence and being comfortable in one’s body while beautiful people may be natural beauties,” she said when asked to explain what being sexy means to her.
“Sexy men and women usually put efforts into their appearance. Being sexy means unabashedly owning one’s sexuality and the effect you have on the opposite sex.”
