Nigerian child star Yomi Adeyemi-Wilson dies at 39

Popular Nigerian child star Oluyomi Victoria Olaniyi-Toluwalope (née Yomi Adeyemi-Wilson) has died.

She reportedly passed away on September 12, 2019, after battling an undisclosed illness.

Yomi is known for starring in popular TV series ‘Third Eye’, which aired on NTA in the late 1980s to early 1990s.

In the series, she played the role of ‘Uze’, the daughter who provided Inspector Best Idafa (Olu Jacobs).

She was 39.
