Actor Uche Maduagwu has questioned Peter Okoye’s pledge to give Tacha sixty million Naira if she does not win this year’s Big Brother Naija reality show.
The actor seems to suggest that the former member of now defunct PSquare music group should use his money for projects that will benefit the society instead of wasting it on a disappointed contestant.
“Before you give TACHA 60 million Naira if she does not win BBnaija 2019, how many BOREHOLE have you built in your village?” he asks in an Instagram post.
Tacha is on record to have said that having been called up for eviction for the third time in a row is beginning to bother her.
Last weekend, she was up for eviction alongside three other housemates — Mike, Jeff and Omashola. However, she was saved as Jeff was kicked out during the live eviction show.
He became the eighth housemate and the third male to be evicted from Season 4 of the reality show after Avala, Isilomo, Ella, Kim Oprah, Tuoyo, Nelson and Thelma, spending a total of 35 days.
On July 21, Tuoyo was evicted after he was nominated alongside Frodd, Mike, Tacha and Seyi. Nelson and Thelma were subsequently evicted on July 28, and then again Tacha risked going home.
Winner of the Pepper Dem Gang edition is expected to walk home with N60million worth of prizes, according to MultiChoice Nigeria, organisers of the show.
Here’s the breakdown – N30million cash prize; an SUV from Innoson Motors; a trip to Dubai for two, packaged by TravelBeta; a home make-over courtesy Scanfrost; a year’s supply of Pepsi and One Africa Fest VVIP experience; a year’s supply of Indomie Noodles and Munch It; and a brand new Oppo mobile smartphone.
There’s also a bonus prize of two VIP Tickets to watch a European Football final game live.
