Musician Peter Okoye has rejected suggestions he should not give Tacha the sixty million Naira he promised, stating emphatically that he earned his wealth and decides how to spend it.
The former member of now defunct P-Square music group earlier served indication of his readiness to give the Big Brother Naija housemate N60m [being the prize for the winner] if she fails to win.
His pledge has stoked conversations with some persons, including actor Uche Maduagwu, entreating him to use the money ‘wisely’.
“Before you give TACHA 60 million Naira if she does not win BBnaija 2019, how many BOREHOLE have you built in your village?” Maduagwu asked in an Instagram post.
Peter in response says he will spend his money how he pleases. He has advised critics to work, make money and desist from offering counsel to people as regards how they should spend their hard-earned money.
He tweets: “So many financial advisers on my TL. Like WTF! Nigeria my country. Abeg hustle so that you know go dey advice person how to spend him Money”
